Please follow the below steps :
- Make sure the validity of SIM should not be barred
- Outgoing calls should be active from your phone(Go to Dialer – Settings – Voice call – call barring – Cancel All)
- Restart your phone
If customer is not able to do this Simply let him to do factory reset – All the settings will be on Default Mode,
